Seriously? If FEMA has a plan that can tell me only one of two things.

Branding. I’ve always seen myself as a designer, not an advertiser. That has proven to be true. If I could do one thing for the rest of my life it would be integrated branding. I can’t get enough of it. Advertising is for douche bags.

So freakin-bed-wettingly good.

I’ve been pining over old nikon 50 mm lenses for sometime now and I received it in the mail yesterday. I can’t wait to get home and try it out.

In other news, the iPhone camera is something to be desired. I’m sure Apple is already finding ways to fit a 14 megapixel capture into the next iphone model.

Newbying received the most hits it’s ever received yesterday. And oh yeah, we elected a new president. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the epic scale of this election and what just happened. Considering 60 years ago black people couldn’t drink from the same fountains as white people, this is pretty huge.

A few notes on Election night hijinks:

Did anybody else watch CNN? Apart from Hologirl, the technology was incredible. The Magic Wall and hologram table graphics were a bit superfluous, as most would agree, but none the less they were phenomenal.

Fox News was a train wreck.

And NBC decided they weren’t going to talk much about what was actually going on.
